Personal Training is highly focused one on one health and fitness coaching. Primarily it’s to motivate, educate and coach you to achieving results and attaining their personal fitness goals. Each training session is designed specifically for the client and their fitness goals, which makes it highly effective.

During each workout you will be challenged with appropriate training methods at the right intensity to keep you progressing in every session.

Performance Bootcamp

Workouts begin with a dynamic warm-up followed by a variety of interval training including cardiovascular, speed, endurance, strength training, dumbbells, TRX Bands, barbells, tractor tires, ropes and sleds, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, and much more. Classes are held in our Performance Studio. Expand your fitness horizons and intensity levels with dynamic group performance training.

An awesome indoor cycling class provides all the terrain you need – hills, climbs, flats, and much more! You are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line with the team. A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.  Each Keiser M3i bike in our studio is equipped a display showing power, speed (RPM) and total energy output. We utilize the Performance IQ Leaderboard displaying individual and team performance so you can see where you rank in the pack.
