We offer 45+ classes a week, using scientifically backed fitness programs from Les Mills, as well as other popular group exercise classes.  We offer our members a variety of: Strength, Cardio, Dance, Mind and Body, and HIIT based workouts.  Classes vary in length  of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 55 minutes, so there is something available for everyones schedule!  Challenge yourself to a class today and you might just find your new favorite!
