My Favorite Type of Workout: Any Bodybuilding workouts, because I love the the way the body changes when we it is put to the test.

When I’m Not at Double Diamond: You can find me playing basketball and hanging out with friends.

My Guilty Pleasure: Besides Filipino food, sushi would be my guiltiest pleasure

My Favorite Type of Workout: I love lifting heavy weights! Not just because it has helped me build so much muscle and achieve the desired look I’ve always wanted, but because I love the challenge it brings with it!

When I’m Not at Double Diamond: I compete in NPC Bodybuilding shows and I am an artist as well!

My Guilty Pleasures: : My favorite food is Mexican food! I love burritos, literally could eat them everyday and I’d be happy…or even tacos or chips and guacamole…these are amazing too! Generally anything Mexican related!

My Favorite Type of Workout: I love both HIIT and lifting weights! HIIT is convenient for me as a busy mom and is an awesome way to get a quick session in that makes me feel great. Weight lifting is such an empowering feeling for me as I increase my strength and see the changes it makes to my body!

When I’m Not at Double Diamond: Pretty much anything outdoors! I love being in nature whether it be going on a walk to the park with my daughter or hiking a random trail. I also love to bake and experimenting with new recipes to make them my own!

My Guilty Pleasures: My go to food if eating out is Thai. Pad Thai and green curry are my favorites and I’ll get one of the two every single time! I am also a sucker for a good French Macaron!
